Floatra operates as a technology and orchestration platform that enables licensed third-party lenders to offer short-term, inventory-backed credit through integrated merchant platforms.

- — Floatra does not hold or move customer funds
- — Floatra does not guarantee loan approvals
Eligibility evaluation is performed based on lender-defined rules and does not constitute a credit decision by Floatra.
All credit decisions, loan terms, and repayments are solely between vendors and licensed lending partners.
3. Eligibility and Access
Use of the Services is limited to:

Floatra may restrict or revoke access at any time.

Floatra integrates with third-party lenders, payment providers, and merchant platforms. Floatra is not responsible for:
