What the Integration Enables

Partners integrate Floatra to:

Check vendor eligibility (based on lender-defined rules)

Display an inventory purchasing option at checkout (subject to eligibility)

Confirm loan-backed purchases

Receive loan status updates (optional)

Eligibility evaluation is performed based on lender-defined rules and does not constitute a credit decision by Floatra. Terms and eligibility apply.

High-Level Architecture

Floatra acts as the technology and orchestration layer between the platform and the lender. Floatra does not act as an agent or representative of any lender.

  • Eligibility evaluation (based on lender-defined rules)
  • Loan routing to licensed lenders
  • Exposure limits and risk rules

What Partners Do NOT Handle

  • Lending capital
  • Credit underwriting or credit decisions
  • Regulatory licensing
  • Repayment collection
  • Default management
  • Holding, custodying, or managing customer funds

Money Flow

Loan proceeds are paid by the licensed lender directly to the merchant or supplier. Vendors do not receive cash.

Repayments are made by the vendor to the licensed lender.

Floatra does not hold, custody, or manage customer funds or settlement balances at any point.
